At Beauty and Health by Leah, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of beauty, health, and cosmetic products, we do not accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns are only accepted if:
• The item is defective
• The item is damaged during shipping
• The wrong item was received

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:
• Your order number
• Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by us.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If approved, a refund will be issued, and you may place a new order.


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
Once processing or shipping has begun, cancellations are not possible.


Non-Refundable Items
• Opened or used cosmetics
• Health and personal care products
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Orders placed with incorrect delivery details


Shipping Delays

As we operate on a dropshipping model, shipping times may vary. Delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control are not eligible for refunds.
