📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after [cutoff time, e.g. 2 PM] will be processed the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or weather conditions.

🌍 International Shipping

📬 Order Tracking

❌ Incorrect Address / Lost Packages

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us.

💔 Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
